In order to create link aggregation between Core1 (Brocade FCX648-08.0.10a) and SAN switches (HP ProCurve 2848) our experiments showed that LACP has to be configured statically on HP switch and dynamically on Brocade switch.
We tried static configuration on both sides but didn’t work.

The LAG port inherits the properties of primary port and other ports in LAG except primary port will be removed from interface list.

In HP after creating static LACP a new interface trk1 is created but it will be in default VLAN.
So it is necessary to configure the spanning-tree and VLAN of the new interface trk1.
